Menopause
Menopause is a phase that typically happens at approximately a year after a woman's last period. Before this time, women may have modifications to their menstrual cycles, hot flashes, or other problems. The menopausal transition typically ebbs between ages 45 and 55. As a woman enters menopause, levels of estrogen and progesterone in the body drastically decrease, resulting in physical discomfort, feelings of anger and exhaustion, and mood swings. Other symptoms may include night sweats, hot flashes, anxiety and depression, and vaginal dryness. Menopause Complete aims to provide relief for some of these symptoms, and help you feel your best during this transitional phase.
