Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! You may cancel your order (on individual products) if it has not already been shipped. There is a 10% cancellation fee. You will receive a shipment confirmation once it has been shipped.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may pause or cancel any or all Subscriptions at any time after the initial order has been shipped out. Your first order cannot be paused to a later date. Please submit cancellation requests at least 3 business days before the Subscription is scheduled to rebill. If there is an outstanding order associated with your Subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed by MD Logic Health.

Express checkout vs Regular checkout
An express checkout bypasses the need to enter details such as shipping info because it is stored in your express settings in PayPal or Apple Pay (any express checkout) and the option is found before the other payment options so that even if you entered anything else including COUPON CODES on the screen but then reverted and chose an Express Checkout, it clears it out and processes using the information stored in your Express checkout option. This is standard for any store.
Regular Checkout is the normal checkout process which allows coupon codes. It is found after the "OR" on the checkout page, below the Express Checkout options.

What is the shipping policy?
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days) for domestic US shipping. Delivery times may vary for orders shipping to Hawaii or Canada.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you ship overseas?
International Shipping
We currently ship only to Canada.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from MDLogicHealth.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.
MD Logic Health is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply to Customs in any country. Please speak to your customs office for further information before placing an order. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.
The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.
We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges.
By ordering from MDLogicHealth.com, you are stating that you agree to the above disclaimer. While we rarely have problems with international shipments, if there is a problem with your order, we will work hard to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us regarding a return or refund before shipping the item(s) to us. Items shipped internationally are not eligible for exchanges, returns and refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you offer refunds?
Please contact us regarding a return or refund approval before shipping the item(s) to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Items shipped internationally are not eligible for exchanges, returns and refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

I am missing my package
The tracking information was sent to your email. Please contact the carrier and file a claim. We will receive the information to continue the claim on our end.
I refused my shipment, where's my refund?
Refusing a shipment does not constitute an approved return authorization.
All returns must be approved before shipping it back. To find out if your order is eligible for a return, please contact customer service.
Subscriptions
I am trying to manage my subscription
Please check to make sure your account was activated after your first purchase. You will be able to log into your account and manage your subscription by clicking on "Manage Subscription"
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription via your account page. When logged in, visit the "Manage Subscription" section by clicking the button on your left side of the screen. This will open up your subscription portal where you will find the option to cancel or pause your subscription
Can I cancel my subscription order which was made?
After a subscription order is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned. You may however, cancel your entire subscription to prevent future orders.
You will receive an email 7 days prior to your subscription renewal. You may cancel or pause your subscription or change the date of your next order prior to your renewal date.
It says my account doesn't exist
If you have ordered previously, then you do have an account but it has not been activated yet. An account invite is automatically sent after your first purchase. Please use the "ACTIVATE" button to activate your account by creating a password. You will be able to manage your account after it has been activated.
How do I change my shipping address for my subscription?
Your shipping address can be changed by logging into your account and visiting the "Manage Subscriptions" section of your account. Click on the Subscription you would like to modify and scroll to the "Product Shipping Info" section. There you will be able to edit your shipping address.
Please note that if you have multiple subscriptions, it is your responsibility to update your shipping address on each subscription prior to renewal for the new shipping address to take effect on each subscription.
Account Issues
I ordered but I can't log in.
An account invite is automatically sent after your first purchase. Please use the "ACTIVATE" button to activate your account by creating a password. You will be able to manage your account after it has been activated.
If you cannot find the activation email please send us an email at customerservice@mdlogichealth.com and we will resend it.
